I was honestly at the point where I thought my elbow was just going to be “one of those things” now. Rested it, iced it, wore the brace, felt better for a week… then one normal tennis session and boom, same pain again. I started using Juubie at night while watching TV and didn’t expect much, but after a couple weeks I realized I wasn’t doing that thing where I test my elbow every 10 minutes. Played last weekend and it didn’t ruin the rest of my day. That’s a win for me.

My PT had me using something like this, so I figured I should probably get one for home instead of only doing it once a week at appointments. Glad I did. It’s not complicated at all, which is probably why I actually stuck with it. Started with the lighter bar and moved up once it felt too easy. My grip is better, and I’m not babying my right arm every time I pick something up now. Wish I bought it earlier tbh.

I’ve bought so many elbow things it’s embarrassing. Sleeves, bands, random Amazon gadgets, all of it. Most helped a little or just ended up in a drawer. This one I actually use because it takes like 2 minutes and you can feel exactly where it’s working. The biggest thing for me was realizing I could open a jar and carry grocery bags without that sharp “there it is again” pain. Not saying it’s magic, but it’s the first thing that’s actually made a noticeable difference.
